Standard Time Blocks
Our standard time blocks are 30 minutes for Studio Time ($10) and Private Classes ($35), and 20 minutes for Helpline Calls ($10). You can book blocks whether you’re a Subscription Member (with included or discounted blocks) or a non-subscription member who purchases them as needed.
