A New Way To Book

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to get started:

Downloading the App:

  • You can find our app on both the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  • You can also simply search for "Acuity Scheduling Client" and download the app to your device.


Adding Our Business:

  • Once you've downloaded the app, you'll need to add our business to it.

    Here's how:

    • Tap the "+" icon on the app's home screen.

    • Enter our business' scheduling URL in the designated field. https://thatssewaustin.as.me/ or you can scan the QR code.

    • Tap "Add business" to add us to your app.


Booking Appointments:

Booking appointments with us is now easier than ever.

  1. From the app's home screen, tap on our business' name.

  2. The scheduler will open, allowing you to book appointments just like you do on our website.


Logging In:

You have the option to log into your existing client account or create a new one within the app.

Here's how:

  1. Tap the account icon in the bottom-right corner.

  2. Choose "Log In" if you have an existing account, or "Create Account" to make a new one. Follow the prompts to enter your email and password. Please use the same email you used on our site when you became a member.


Viewing Appointments:

Once logged in, you'll be able to see all appointments associated with your client account. This includes appointments booked through the app or our website as long as you book through your client account.

Will all of my appointments appear in the app?

  • If you are logged into a client account on the website when you book:

    • The app shows all appointments associated with your client account if you booked through the app or on the web.

    • Appointments you schedule through the app are assigned to your client account, meaning you’ll be shown those appointments if you log into your client account with your computer as well.

  • If you book when you aren't logged into a client account:

    • The app will only show appointments booked through the app.

    • Note: If you book appointments through the website without logging into a client account, the appointments won't appear in the client app.


Deleting Your Account:

Should you ever need to delete your account, you can easily do so from the app:

  1. Tap the account icon in the bottom-right corner.

  2. Select "Delete your account".

  3. Type "DELETE" and tap "Submit" to confirm. This will only delete your account, not your membership.
