Teacher

Description:
As a Teacher or Guest Teacher at That's Sew Austin, you will impart your sewing and crafting skills to our enthusiastic learners through One-on-One Classes, Studio Time, Helpline Calls, Consultations, and or Group events. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about teaching and sharing their expertise in a supportive and creative environment.

Responsibilities:
Conduct One-on-One Classes, Studio Time, Helpline Calls, Consultations, and or Group events as scheduled.
Prepare lesson plans and materials tailored to the needs of students.
Ensure a positive, educational, and safe environment for all students.

Compensation:
50/50 revenue split for each one-on-one class booked, unless otherwise negotiated.
Unlimited studio time to work on personal projects or prepare for classes.
Guest Teacher

Guest Teachers at That's Sew Austin bring fresh perspectives and specialized skills to our community through limited engagements or special workshops. This role is ideal for experienced instructors or experts in specific areas of sewing, crafting, or design who wish to share their knowledge on a short-term basis.

Studio Monitor

You must complete at least 12 hours of work per month to maintain benefits.
